Fast Service – Reliable Shipping
All in-stock orders received after 1:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.
Some delays may occur during high volume times of the year, but please know that we work hard to send out your package as fast as we can. Shipping time does NOT start counting until after your order leaves our facility.
All online items are shipped via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous U.S. states during business hours (M-F). If shipping FedEx or UPS, please provide your street address as they cannot deliver to a PO box. If faster delivery is required, Next Day and 2-Day services are available at an extra charge. FedEx and UPS delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays.
Tracking Shipments: Once your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent with the order details and a tracking number. You may also Track Your Order by accessing your DSURBANFARM account and viewing the order status and tracking information.
Packages do NOT Ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- 4th of July
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Labor Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day

Returns & Exchanges
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE. NO RETURNS ON NUTRIENTS, FERTILIZERS, CO2 DEVICES, ELECTRICAL ITEMS, BULBS, pH OR PPM DEVICES. ONLY NEW IN BOX RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED. NO USED ITEMS. DEFECTIVE ITEMS WILL BE REPLACED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. OOUTSIDE OF THE 30 DEFIECTIVE REPLACEMENT WINDOW, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY PERIORD FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER. WE DO NOT BUY BACK CO2 TANKS.
Product claims must be made within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.).
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via FedEx or UPS. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise (usually within 24-48 hours).

We will have to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we’ll credit you for the cost of the original item.
